If you are looking for a special piece for a special occasion, please contact us for a design consultation and pricing. Without exception, all custom orders are final and must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Gift Certificates

I have gift certificates available in any amount. Gift certificates are good for up to one year.

Guarantee

I want you to be pleased that what you ordered meets your expectations. If you’re not happy, I’m not happy. Please contact us and we will arrange to exchange your purchase. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us upon receipt of the damaged item and we will arrange to send you another.

Payment Methods

You may pay using PayPal which accepts MC, VISA, AMEX and your debit card. You do not need a special PayPal account to use this form of payment. In the event you wish to pay by personal check, your items will be sent once the check has cleared. Simply complete the checkout page but do not proceed with payment. Refunds & Exchanges

We allow returns or exchanges on items purchased within 30 days upon your receipt with the exception of custom orders. Items must be in their original condition. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable unless the item arrived to you damaged or it was our error.

Please contact us and let us know that you will be returning an item and why. We will email you a refund/exchange form to be completed and shipped back with the item. For your protection, use a shipping method that allows you to track your item. I cannot be responsible for lost items.

Sales Tax

A 5% sales tax will be added to all items shipped in the state of Maine.

Wholesale Inquires

Please contact us with your name, store and tax ID number. A $250 minimum order is required. There is no shipping charge for wholesale orders!
